Below Market Value Properties

Through a number of different marketing techniques,  I am attracting motivated sellers of property nationwide and abroad. Often with properties discounted between 20-30% Below Market Valuation. I would like to offer out these fabulous property bargains to serious investors and trusted buyers.

Here's how it works:

I will initially talk by telephone to the 'motivated vendor' and then provide a simple overview of property and scenario:

Today's live BMV properties: 


Property 1

4 bedroom detached property. Excellent condition. Market price £400k. Will accept c320k 20% BMV. Rental value c£1350pm.


 

Property 2

3 bed semi-detached property. On market c£250k. Will accept 75% £187k BMV. Good condition. Rental value c£850pm.

Property 3

3 bed terrace. Market price c£95k. Will accept
£76k 20% BMV. Rental value c£475pm............

 

It is your responsibility to carry out your own due diligence (lawyers,surveyors etc) to ensure you are satisfied in every respect with your purchase. I can only provide what will  hopefully be good leads that you will need to convert. The Vendor will be expecting your call, and I will probably limit the leads to 2/3 for every property to protect the Vendor from being deluged by buyers. Therefore good relationships all round and 'first come first served' policy must rule.
