• Choose the best properties available
• Assist in price negotiations
• Assist with the selection of recommended and reliable solicitors
• Put you in contact with our buy to let specialist mortgage brokers
• Ensure the property is placed with a reliable letting agent
• Provide ongoing advice and assistance on a long term investment basis
• Fees for this service advised on request

3. I can provide a completely 'bespoke' service by sourcing a property to your requirements and specifications.

For this service I would charge a percentage of purchase price which can be discussed on request.
