I have successfully built up a multi-million pound UK & International property portfolio in just a few short years! My properties are in the UK, USA, Florida, Germany, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, New Zealand and South Africa. I am willing to share my 'inside information' on how I did it!

Who am I?

My name is James Gardiner.

I spent three years in the Metropolitan Police before I realised that my business and entrepreneurial skills were more suited to the world of commerce.

In 1985 I left to go into Sales. In 1988 I joined an IT recruitment company and quickly became a successful Consultant. In 1992 I set up my own IT recruitment business which is still trading successfully today.

However, I felt that recruitment (like any other job) can be seasonal and insecure.

About two years ago I read the book 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' by Robert Kiyosaki and was so impressed about the idea of developing passive income for life, and producing income and cash from property that I decided immediately to make the most of property investment.

I wanted a long term and secure income. After all, we hear so much negative press about the demise of company pensions!
